# Airfox > Airfox is a community-driven, privately owned multichain gaming infrastructure platform that makes decentralized bridging and blockchain gaming accessible to everyone. Founded and backed by the former Shiba Inu security team, Airfox is not venture-capital owned. The platform combines two flagship products — Airfox Arcade™ (a free-to-publish Web3 gaming platform) and SkyBridge™ (a fast, secure multichain asset bridge) — unified under a shared ecosystem rewards system called Foxtails. Airfox is backed by Polygon through Thrive Protocol. Airfox Arcade operates under a compliance-first architecture: no custody of user funds, geo-blocking and sanctions screening, and KYC on all individuals with governance or access-control authority. The AFX token is issued as a consumable utility token designed to access services on the platform.
